Transylvania and the Danube Delta 8 days / 7 nights

Day 1. Arrival at Bucharest: H. Ramada Parc 4 * 

Arrival at Otopeni airport, meeting with the guide and transfer to Bucharest. In the afternoon, you will meet the most important tourist objectives of the city. We will visit the Patriarchal Church, home of the Romanian Orthodox Patriarch, the Palace of Parliament (photo session stop), the second largest building in the world after the Pentagon and the Plaza de la Revolución where you can commemorate the events of 1989 up close.

Day 2. V Bucharest - Cozia - Sibiu -Bazna: Casa Bazna 3 * 

In the morning we headed north. We make a stop at the Cozia Monastery, one of the oldest monasteries in Romania. The monastery is an example of well-preserved Vlach architecture, with Byzantine influence, highlighted by alternating brick and stone groups, and carved artificial stakes. Then continue through the picturesque valley of Olt, through the Red Tower Pass, where once was the border between Transylvania and Wallachia. In the afternoon, we make a tour of the city of Sibiu. The European Capital of Culture in 2007 is a city that has played an important economic and political role in Transylvania throughout history. The buildings in the Plaza Mayor and Plaza Menor, the Brukenthal Palace and the Puente de las Mentiras are just some of the architectural monuments that influence the entire urban landscape. In the afternoon, arrival at the spa town of Bazna.

Day 3. Bazna-Biertan- Sighisoara -Bazna: Casa Bazna 3 *

The fortified churches of Transylvania belong to the best-known historical monuments of the Saxons of Transylvania, and since they have been preserved better than in other parts of Europe, they are also valuable monument certificates of the general building of the fortified church. After breakfast, we go first to Biertan, where we visited the largest of all the fortified churches. Here it was until 19JH. also the residence of the protestant bishops of Transylvania. Sighisoara, next stop. Sighisoara is the most beautiful and best preserved medieval city of the Gothic Revival and Baroque style of this part of Europe. The multitude of architectural monuments, public buildings, fortifications, towers and defense apartments, which together form a complex, well composed yun of incalculable historical value. Here we visit the Church of the Hill, the birth house of Count Dracula and the Church of Santa Maria. In the afternoon, carriage ride from Bazna to the fortified churches Boian and Bazna. Festive dinner with folklore program in Bazna.

Day 4. Bazna-Mosna-Agnita- Bran -Predeal: H. Piemonte 4 *

Today we will visit Agnita, the Country of Fagaras, passing through the town of Mosna, where we visit the fortified church of Agnita. Then we continue our journey to Bran, where we visited the old Bran fortress. The nested walls with many turrets and turrets placed the German knights on a rock in 1377, with a view of the wooded valley and the surrounding Bucegi Mountains, which today is simply glorious but at that time served mainly for military purposes. The castle in romantic style, was the residence of the Romanian queen Mary in the interwar period, now it is a museum and is also called "Castle of Dracula". In the afternoon, continuing towards Predeal. Located in a romantic area, residence of the Queen Maria the interbellum period, today is a museum also known under the name Castillo Dracula.

Day 5. Predeal- Harman-Brasov-Predeal: H. Piemonte 4 *

In the morning we will go to the fortified Saxon churches Harman and Prejmer. After our visit, continue towards the city of Brasov. The city was founded in the 13th century by the knights of the Teutonic Order and was for centuries an economic and intellectual center of the Transylvanian Saxons, who made up the majority of the population until the 19th century. Stroll in the center of the city, where you can see the main points of attraction: the Black Church with its organ Buchholz (closed on Mondays), the medieval walls that surround the historic center with medieval houses for style purposes, Town Hall Square, the Council Square, the only Street of the Rope, the Ecaterina Gate and the small Orthodox church of the center.

Day 6. Predeal-Sinaia- Tulcea: H. Europolis 3*

In the morning, visit the monastery of Sinaia, founded in the seventeenth century by monks from the Sinai Peninsula. Then we went through Wallachia to Tulcea. In the afternoon, cruise in the Danube Delta with romantic dinner on board.

Day 7. My Tulcea -Constanta- Bucharest: H. Ramada Parc 4 *

After breakfast we will go to Constanta, the tourist center of the Black Sea coast, visit the city with the Ovidius Square and the Orthodox Cathedral. In the afternoon return to the city of Bucharest and visit the People's Museum.

Day 8. Bucharest - Departure

Free morning, transfer to the airport and flight home.
